Squat Alarm

Your alarm won't stop until you finish your squats.

Squat Alarm replaces the snooze button with something better: movement. When your alarm fires, the only way to dismiss it is to complete a set of squats — counted live by your iPhone's camera using body-detection. The alarm keeps ringing until you finish.

How it works

  1. Set an alarm and choose your rep target — 5, 10, 20, whatever.
  2. When the alarm fires, your custom alarm screen appears.
  3. Point your iPhone's front camera at yourself and start squatting.
  4. The alarm stops once you hit your target. No reps, no silence.

No cheating

Squat Alarm uses Apple's Vision framework to detect body pose in real time. It counts reps based on your actual movement — there's no way to dismiss the alarm without doing the work. Snoozers get a 3-minute reprieve, then it fires again.

Built for the alarm that sticks

Alarms integrate with iOS 26's AlarmKit so they break through Silent mode, just like a standard alarm clock. You can set one-off or repeating alarms, adjust rep counts per alarm, and review your workout history.
